1. Scope of Services

KINIDRA provides custom teamwear production services, including but not limited to:

  • custom apparel manufacturing,

  • fabric and construction consulting,

  • production planning,

  • design and technical assistance.

All services are provided B2B and on a made-to-order basis.
KINIDRA does not sell ready-made products directly through the website.

2. Quotes and Orders

  • All pricing is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.

  • Final pricing depends on fabric selection, construction, quantity, and timeline.

  • Quotes are valid only for the period specified.

  • Orders are confirmed only after written approval (email or equivalent).

KINIDRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if specifications cannot be met.

3. Custom Production

All products are custom-made according to client specifications.
As a result:

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or construction may occur.

  • Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content provided by the client remain the property of the client.
By submitting artwork, the client confirms they have full rights to use it.

KINIDRA reserves the right to display completed projects for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Lead Times

Production timelines are estimates and depend on project specifications and approval timelines.
KINIDRA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • late approvals,

  • incomplete information,

  • force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

KINIDRA shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • loss of profit or business,

  • misuse of the delivered products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the confirmed order.

7. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only.
You agree not to:

  • misuse the website,

  • attempt unauthorized access,

  • copy or distribute content without permission.

8. Data Protection

Any personal or business data provided through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
