CUSTOMISATION & SUBLIMATION

FULL CUSTOMISATION.
BUILT INTO
THE PRODUCT.

KINIDRA develops fully customised teamwear using production methods selected according to the product, the approved design and the intended result.

From full sublimation to selected special finishes, every detail is planned as part of the final garment rather than added without a clear visual direction.

01

FULL
SUBLIMATION

Colours, graphics, logos, sponsors, names and numbers become part of the fabric.

02

TECHNICAL
PRODUCTION

Printing, transfer, cutting and assembly are coordinated as one production process.

03

SPECIAL
FINISHES

Selected details can be enhanced with metallic, reflective or textured finishes.

04

FINAL
APPROVAL

Every visual detail is confirmed before the order enters production.

FULL SUBLIMATION

THE DESIGN
BECOMES PART
OF THE FABRIC.

Full sublimation allows complex colours, patterns, logos, sponsors, names and numbers to be transferred directly into polyester fibres.

The result remains lightweight and flexible, without a heavy layer of ink sitting on the surface of the garment.

INSIDE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

FROM DIGITAL FILE
TO FINISHED PRODUCT.

The videos below show key stages from printing and transfer to laser cutting and the finished custom product.

01

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

The approved design is printed onto specialist transfer paper before being transferred to the technical fabric.

02

CALENDER TRANSFER

Heat and controlled pressure transfer the printed design into the fibres of the fabric.

03

FINISHED CUSTOM PRODUCT

The completed Muay Thai shorts demonstrate how full customisation can be adapted to a specialised garment construction.

04

LASER CUTTING

Digitally prepared patterns are cut with precision before the individual components move to assembly.

01

COMPLEX
GRAPHICS

Full-surface graphics and detailed visual compositions can be produced without limiting the number of colours.

02

INTEGRATED
LOGOS

Team logos, sponsor marks, names and numbers are incorporated directly into the approved design.

03

LIGHTWEIGHT
RESULT

The printed design does not create a thick surface layer on the fabric.

04

VISUAL
CONSISTENCY

Every graphic element is coordinated before production begins.

SPECIAL HEAT-TRANSFER FINISHES

EMPHASISE THE DESIGN.
