BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
TO KNOW BEFORE WE START.

KINIDRA products are developed as custom projects rather than selected from standard finished inventory. The quotation, design and production process therefore follows a clear sequence.

The answers below explain what information is required, when the design begins, when player details are collected and what happens before the order enters production.

CUSTOMISATION

ARE KINIDRA PRODUCTS FULLY CUSTOMISABLE?

Yes. Custom products can be developed around the organisation’s colours, logos, graphic direction, sponsors, names and numbers, subject to the construction and branding possibilities of the selected product.

CAN WE USE OUR OWN COLOURS, LOGOS AND SPONSORS?

Yes. Team colours, logos and sponsor elements can be integrated into the project. The final placement and production method are reviewed according to the selected garment and artwork.

CAN KINIDRA CREATE AN ORIGINAL DESIGN?

Yes. The design can be developed from an original brief, existing brand elements or a general visual direction supplied by the organisation.

CAN WE START FROM AN EXISTING GRAPHIC DIRECTION?

Yes. An existing visual reference can be used as the starting point for the project. It will then be adapted to the selected product, team identity and production requirements.

CAN THE SAME IDENTITY BE APPLIED ACROSS SEVERAL PRODUCTS?

Yes. A coordinated identity can be developed across jerseys, shorts, training garments, outerwear and selected accessories. Graphic application may vary according to each product’s construction and branding method.

PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

ARE CUSTOM PRODUCTS KEPT IN STANDARD STOCK?

No. Custom KINIDRA products are produced for the confirmed project. They are not selected from a permanent stock of finished, pre-branded garments.

WHICH FABRIC SHOULD WE CHOOSE?

The correct fabric depends on the product, sport, season, intended use, required protection and project positioning. KINIDRA can recommend the most appropriate specification after reviewing the request.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROUND-VENT AND HEX-VENT?

Round-Vent is a lightweight 140 GSM technical polyester focused on efficient airflow, moisture management and fast drying. Hex-Vent is a more structured 155 GSM performance fabric with a stronger technical texture and a more substantial feel.

DO ALL PRODUCTS USE SUBLIMATION?

No. The customisation method depends on the product and material. Matchwear may support full sublimation, while outerwear, training garments and accessories may require other branding or production methods.

CAN WE ORDER SEVERAL PRODUCT CATEGORIES TOGETHER?

Yes. Jerseys, shorts, training products, outerwear and accessories can be included within the same project. Each category is reviewed according to its own construction and production requirements.

QUANTITIES AND QUOTATIONS

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Minimum quantities can vary according to the product category, construction and project requirements. The available solution is confirmed individually after the quotation request is reviewed.

CAN WE REQUEST A QUOTE BEFORE HAVING ALL SIZES?

Yes. The initial quotation can be prepared using an estimated quantity. Final sizes, names and numbers can be collected after the commercial proposal and design direction have been approved.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR A QUOTATION?

The main information includes product category, estimated quantity, organisation type, preferred colours, graphic direction, required branding and desired delivery date.

ARE ALL CUSTOM PROJECT PRICES DISPLAYED ONLINE?

No. Custom project pricing depends on product type, quantity, construction, material, customisation requirements and other project-specific details. A quotation is prepared after the request has been reviewed.

DOES SUBMITTING THE FORM CONFIRM AN ORDER?

No. Submitting the quotation form only sends the project request for review. An order is confirmed only after the quotation, design, specifications and required payment conditions have been accepted.

DESIGN AND APPROVAL

WHEN DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGIN?

Design development begins after the project scope and commercial conditions have been reviewed and the next steps have been confirmed with the client.

CAN DESIGN CHANGES BE REQUESTED?

Reasonable changes can be reviewed during the design stage. Significant changes to the original brief, product construction or approved direction may affect the quotation, timeline or design scope.

WHEN DO WE SEND NAMES, NUMBERS AND FINAL SIZES?

Final player and garment information is normally collected after the quotation and graphic direction have been approved, before the production file is confirmed.

DOES PRODUCTION START BEFORE FINAL APPROVAL?

No. Production begins only after the artwork, quantities, sizes, names, numbers, product details and commercial conditions have been confirmed.

CAN THE DESIGN BE CHANGED AFTER FINAL APPROVAL?

Changes requested after final approval may no longer be possible. Where changes remain technically possible, they may create additional design, preparation or production costs.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Production is typically completed within 2–4 working days after final confirmation and payment. Timing may vary according to order volume, product category and project specifications.

WHERE ARE KINIDRA PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

KINIDRA works through a European production process, with the product specification, artwork and project details coordinated as part of a controlled workflow.

WHEN DOES THE PRODUCTION PERIOD BEGIN?

The production period begins after the final artwork, quantities, personalisation details, specifications and required payment have been confirmed.

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCTION TIME?

No. Production and delivery are separate stages. Transit time depends on destination, courier service and the delivery method confirmed for the order.

CAN URGENT PROJECTS BE ACCEPTED?

Urgent projects are evaluated individually. Acceptance depends on product complexity, quantity, current production capacity, artwork readiness and the requested delivery date.

REORDERS

CAN WE REORDER THE SAME DESIGN LATER?

Existing projects can generally be reviewed for future reorders. Product availability, material availability, quantities and current production conditions must still be reconfirmed.

CAN WE ORDER ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT?

Very small reorders and individual replacements are assessed separately. Availability depends on the product, production method, material and whether the original project can be reproduced under current conditions.

WILL COLOURS BE IDENTICAL BETWEEN SEPARATE BATCHES?

Every effort is made to maintain visual consistency. Minor variations may still occur between separate production batches, materials, printing conditions or product categories.

CAN NAMES OR NUMBERS BE CHANGED ON A REORDER?

Yes. Player names, numbers and sizes can normally be updated for a new production batch, provided the information is supplied before the reorder is approved for production.
