Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by KINIDRA.


1. Custom-Made Products

All products manufactured by KINIDRA are custom-made, produced exclusively based on client specifications, including but not limited to:

  • fabric selection,

  • patterns and construction,

  • sizes,

  • colors,

  • graphics and branding.

As such, these products are made to order and cannot be resold.


2. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law and Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not issued
    for custom-made products once production has started.


3. Manufacturing Defects

KINIDRA takes quality control seriously.

If a product is delivered with a proven manufacturing defect, the client must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

In such cases, KINIDRA may, at its discretion:

  • remake the affected product(s), or

  • provide an alternative solution agreed in writing.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or construction inherent to textile production do not constitute defects.


4. Approved Specifications

By approving a quote, technical file, or production confirmation, the client confirms that:

  • all specifications are correct,

  • sizes and quantities are validated,

  • artwork and graphics are approved.

KINIDRA is not responsible for errors originating from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, any costs already incurred (materials, preparation, sampling) may be invoiced.


6. Delivery Issues

KINIDRA is not responsible for delays or damages caused by:

  • shipping carriers,

  • customs procedures,

  • force majeure events.

Any transport-related claims must be addressed with the carrier.
