SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines how KINIDRA handles delivery and logistics for custom-made products.


1. Shipping Partners

KINIDRA works with trusted international carriers, including:

  • DPD

  • FedEx

These partners are selected based on reliability, transit times, and coverage.


2. Shipping Method Selection

For each order, shipping is handled in one of the following ways:

  • KINIDRA selects the most suitable carrier based on destination, delivery time, and cost efficiency,
    or

  • The client may choose the preferred carrier, where available, prior to shipment confirmation.

Our goal is to ensure the best balance between speed, safety, and cost for each delivery.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • calculated based on destination, weight, and package dimensions,

  • communicated clearly before shipment,

  • included in the final quote or invoiced separately, as agreed in writing.

KINIDRA does not apply hidden or undisclosed shipping fees.


4. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched after:

  • completion of production,

  • final quality control,

  • confirmation that all specifications have been met.

Dispatch dates depend on the agreed production timeline and are communicated in advance.


5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on:

  • destination country,

  • selected carrier,

  • customs procedures (where applicable).

Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Risk and Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.

KINIDRA is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers,

  • customs clearance delays,

  • force majeure events.

Any transport-related claims must be addressed directly with the carrier, with our assistance where possible.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

KINIDRA is not liable for:

  • delays,

  • failed deliveries,

  • additional costs
    resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. International Shipments

For international deliveries, the client is responsible for:

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes,

  • local fees,
    where applicable.
